Refunds and cancellation
Your right to change your mind about premium membership, and how refunds work.

Your right to cancel
You have fourteen days from the day after you subscribe to change your mind and cancel, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and nothing on this page or in our terms takes it away.
Starting straight away
When you subscribe you can ask for premium membership to start immediately, before the fourteen-day period ends. If you then cancel within those fourteen days you will be refunded what you paid, less a fair amount for the part of the membership you have already had.
How to cancel
Use the "Stop my premium membership" button on your membership page, or write to hello@neuronurtureglobal.org and say that you are cancelling. Either is enough — you do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, or speak to anybody.
We will refund you within fourteen days of being told, to the card you paid with.
After the fourteen days
You can stop premium membership whenever you like. It continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed.
We do not refund part-used periods after the first fourteen days, except where we have materially reduced what you paid for, or where something has gone wrong on our side.
If you are struggling to pay
Write to hello@neuronurtureglobal.org. We would rather you stayed than left over money, and we can arrange a waiver. Free membership always keeps your records and the community.
What happens to your records
Nothing. Cancelling premium membership does not delete anything. Your records, your child’s history and your place in the community all remain, on free membership.
