Membership terms
The agreement between you and Catalyst Health Initiative when you join NeuroNurture.

Who you are agreeing with
NeuroNurture is operated by Catalyst Health Initiative, a non-governmental organisation. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Catalyst Health Initiative. When they say "you", they mean the person who holds the membership account.
Membership is by invitation and is intended for parents and carers of children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
What membership gives you
A private place to record how your child is doing, a library of practical material, and a community of parents in a similar position. Free membership includes the community, the library and your own private records.
Premium membership adds the full archive and the programme material. What is included in each is shown on the membership page before you pay, and we will tell you in advance if it changes.
We may add, change or withdraw parts of the service. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part.
What we ask of you
Treat other members and their children with the care you would want for your own. This is a community of families discussing difficult things, and it works only because people are kind in it.
Do not share what another member has written outside the community, and do not identify another member or their child anywhere else.
Do not use the platform to advertise, to recruit for a service, or to give medical advice you are not qualified to give.
Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or let another person use your account.
This is not a medical service
NeuroNurture is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a clinical service, and nothing on the platform is medical advice. The records you keep are your own notes, not a clinical record.
If you are worried about your child’s health or development, speak to your GP, your paediatrician or your local health service. If it is urgent, use the emergency services.
Your information
How we handle information about you and your child is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
You can export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account, from your settings at any time.
Paying for premium membership
Premium membership is charged in advance for the period you choose. Payment is taken by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
Your right to cancel and how refunds work are set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
If a payment fails we will try again and tell you. If it keeps failing, premium membership stops and your free membership continues — you do not lose your records.
Ending your membership
You may leave at any time from your settings. We will only close or suspend an account without notice where someone’s safety requires it, or where the account is being used in a way that seriously breaches these terms.
If we close your account we will tell you why, and you will still be able to export your records.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@neuronurtureglobal.org and a person will read it. If your concern is about how we have handled information about you or your child, write to privacy@neuronurtureglobal.org — we will acknowledge it within 30 days, and you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
